Business Development Tie-up

Hi All, Hope you'all are doing good. Good to be posting first job here :-) . Ok, lets get to the mains stream I am looking to start a business in Europe and Asia. Since my focus here is about Asia, { Europe is already submitted to a company in USA itself and now looking for Asia}. Asia regions would cover China,India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Now, for start it would be China and India. This is specifically for India freelancers. I shall be posting another project where people from china can read this project. What i am looking for is : 1)A organization tie up for profit sharing. I would be soon hiring an development company in India that would take care of my functionality. But for the same, i require marketing company to take care of sales. This would be kind of a tie up. In other words, No salary or Payments would be done upfront. We would work on profit sharing. For Example We estimate Monthly Turnover of 1000$ then we would do the share of 60-40% { 60 would be mine and 40% yours}. Only when we head to turn over 10,000$+ we will do 50:50%. The initial investment would be your responsibility. 2)Good Revenue is what we are expecting and a long term relation.
