Adwords Management

I am looking for proposals for a person or company to manage Adwords campaigns. You must... 1. Have extensive experience with Google Adwords and ppc campaigns. 2. Be able to modify keywords, research keywords, write effective ads, improve ROI. 3. Assist with landing pages and sales copy. 4. Have a RAC rating of higher than 8, 8 as the minimum. 5. This is for a client who will not want to work through RCA so you must be prepared to work through your own website or other means.
