Convert Universal Analytics to Google Tag Manager, and link to Adwords

Convert from Google Universal Analytics to new Google Tag Manager and define Events in GTM We currently have Google Universal Analytics implemented in our Web-based App, and we use Google Adwords. I would like to : 1. Convert from UA to Google Tag Manager I just need the updated code snippet to give to our programmer 2. Get the data that UA is currently reporting (Events and Goals like Registration) to show up in Google Adwords 3. Define a few more events with GTM Additional ongoing work: help with understanding Google Analytics reporting. Possible additional work: help with our Adwords campaign. We have someone and he does a good job with tweaking our ads. But if this project goes well I'd consider giving you a trial run and see if you can improve things. Facebook advertising QUESTION 1. Have you implemented Google Tag Manager to track both Google Universal Analytics and Google Adwords? 2. How many hours (approximately) experience do you have with each of these in the last 2 years: Google Analytics google Adwords tracking/reporting Google Adwords creating and testing ads. Google Adwords Content Network and targetting ads to specific websites. 2. Do you have experience (and if so, how many hours) with Facebook advertising and targeting those ads to specific Facebook Groups. (one problem with FB advertising is that there are a lot of "fake" accounts so I would like to highly target the ads to specific FB Groups (and maybe users)
