Build Backlinks to my site

What type of website do you have? I have a blog with 38 pages of content that I want to build backlinks too. I want about 100 permanent backlinks to each page. which makes it about 3800 backlinks. - At least 60% backlinks must be on unique IPs - A good mix of do-follow and no-follow where the do-follow links are not less than 40%. - Social bookmarking, Directory backlinks, web 2.0 and other sources of backlinks must be used. DO NOT USE JUST 2-3 TYPES OF BACKLINKS - We need a variety of backlinks. - We would prefer manual backlinking. - Links must be at least PR 1 and PERMANENT One Way Links. - Not more than 100 backlinks per day must be build on the site since its a new website. - You will be required to complete this job in 38 days - not faster than that because we want to maintain 100 backlinks per day for the initial 38 days. - You must attach a report of backlinks built once every 48 hours. 24 hours is preferred but 48 hours is the absolute max. - Links must be related. I can provide you with a list of about 3000 urls related to my keyword on which my competition has links if you want to use that. - Report format must be : URL, Anchor Text, Date Looking for a long term SEO professional because we are going to make more such sites in the near future and having a reliable SEO pro taking care of the SEO is what we would prefer. * Reports on the backlinks made are very important, make sure you deliver these reports on time.
