Blog List Required (Quick Money)

Hello Freelancers! I am posting this project again since I didn't have a good experience on this the last time it was published here. I need someone to provide me a list of PR 5 and up of blog article pages where comments can be left. I want this list delivered in excel and each blog page will be checked. I will pay $30 for a list of 100 blogs and I want this as soon as possible. Typically I am looking for PR5, PR6 and PR7. The actual page where you can place comment itself has to be PR5+ and not just the domain name. No Page that are PR4 or less will be accepted. The comments must bypass moderation. All blogs with moderation turned on will be rejected and you will have to replace them with blogs that are not moderated. Language of the blogs MUST be ENGLISH as we need to locate where to comment. All non-Enlish sites will be rejected. Half of the payment will be set up as a milestone and the other half will be setup when you deliver the list. Both these milestones will be released on the verification of the list. I don't want to hear requests for payment release before the verification process takes place so please don't bid if you are not comfortable with the conditions. Happy Bidding! Taz.
