Branding a new Company

I am almost ready with a website design, however I am still looking for a Brand Identity for my Business venture. I will provide details of my startup to the winning bidder after they sign confidentiality agreement. What I will need for this project is following.. 1- Brand Name which will identify my company, and can evolve with the business. 2- Matching URL should be available for the brand name. 3- Slogan that states my business purpose / mission. in order to be considered for the project, please provide me with your portfolio which can show that you have past experience of the above requirements. Portfolio should be verifiable. Payment will only be made upon satisfactory Brand Name which matches above 3 requirements and details provided later. If we are not satisfied with the result project will be awarded to a different bidder. We will provide 3 days to the winning bidder to provide at least 3 different ideas. All ideas provided will be private property of the winning bidder and all rights whatsoever to all ideas will be transferred to us upon completion of the project and successful transfer of funds from us to the winning bidder. Any bid with no portfolio will not be considered. Thanks for your time and bids.
