Bulk email pro's to procure and send to USA cr credit repair

Hi everyone, I am looking for a bulk email marketing professional who can provide 100,000 USA leads and send emails to them. I am looking for fresh leads to be included (targeting credit repair clients) I will award the job on the 13th of October. IMPORTANT: For this project, only bid for sending to 100000 USA based emails. This will be a test, and if I like the service, then we can work on a long term basis. I need tons of emails sent everyday. And, I am looking to partner with a qualified person who can procure email lists and send bulk emails on a consistent basis for me. For this project, you have to provide the list and I will send across the email copy.. of course, we can make changes to the email if you think it will improve deliverability.
