I have 20+ years of experience in graphics... books, magazines, etc. I have 13+ years of experience in InDesign. Yes, I used the very first, yet slightly buggy version. You will need to let me know what version to use... I have a license for CS5.5, as well as a subscription to CC. Process: 1) receive files; 2) layout master pages with paragraph and character styles as required; 3) flow pages with placeholder text; 4) provide a PDF proof for approval; 5) make any necessary changes; 6) upload final file.
