A Fashion Illustration

I am looking to start a stationary line or my website, The Cultured Domestic. I need an illustration of the perfect girl to represent it. I plan to use the image on notepads, post-it notes, notebooks, pens, etc. Eventually I would like to use this image on some home goods like mugs, plates and cups, and throw pillows. I would like her tall and slim of African American descent. I would prefer she have long straight hair (black). I would like her to wear something sophisticated, yet stylish. I envision a floral sheath dress (red and white) with nude pumps (with a high heel). She should be mid stride (as if she's walking on a mission) and carrying a bag of groceries in one hand (veggies peaking out the bag) with a stack of books under that arm and carrying a stylish handbag in the other. If this illustration goes well, I would like to use the same girl in different outfits for a 2015 calender and in different scenarios for future projects (Example: I would like to produce serving plates with an image of this girl in a kitchen preparing a meal printed on it). So if all goes well with the illustrator I chose, there will be plenty of work to come.
