Bath Tub Race Cartoon

I need an illustration/cartoon for a Bath Tub Race poster; final size of the poster will be A1 and the area taken up by the image will be approx 1/5th (approx 250mm x 250mm). Specific details are: Illustration is to be of a youngish man (perhaps in his 30-40yrs of age) with a cheering/comical look on his face; casually dressed (ie shorts/t-shirt). He is to be sat in a bath tub in such a pose that he is cheering, with an oar in one hand and a glass of beer in one hand. The bath tub should be customised with a make-shift mast and/or flag. The style should be more cartoon than realistic. I like the style of cartoon using strong black outlines. If possible would be good to have illustration as an editable Adobe Illustrator EPS or failing that a HiRes layered Photoshop file. I have attached a rough sketch of the layout as well as a sample of the style of cartoon I prefer (thick black outlines but simple detailing). NOTE: this cartoon is a guide for STYLE ONLY.
