Conceptual illustrations of a cool, modern office space

Hello, I need someone to illustrate a work space we are designing for a potential client. It's a competitive pitch and the plan is to bring them to an empty space. 'Look!' we'll say, 'This will be your dedicated working space'...and then we'll point to a couple of conceptual illustrations to give them an idea of what it might look like. The potential client is a big German tech brand, so the illustrations need to be clear/modern without being too quirky. The problem I'm having is finding someone that understands it's just conceptual. The quotes I'm getting for 'architectural renderings' are way too high - nothing needs to be accurately scaled etc. If it's easier, they can start by copying a photo I'll find on a website....or run it through the 'illustrator' setting in Adobe photoshop and then we'll add in some more specific details/brand logos etc. I can't imagine it would take longer than a day but it needs to be complete by midday next Thursday 12th May. Ideally they would be in NYC for ease of briefing etc..
