We are top ranked in Guru/Elance, now we are requiring some experienced Business Development Manger to generate more leads from different online sources and convert them to actual business, also candidate must be fluent in guru/elance bidding process and communications. Note: For onsite BDM/Executives we can offer flat salary with % in all deals. For offsite candidates, we can offer only %in all deals at starting, later we can offer for fixed salary + incentives.
