Creating a timetable scheduling system - repost

To create a timetable scheduling system using ruby on rails. When courses are created, they were assigned to one or more staff. We will then schedule the courses. The course schedule can be change by dragging and dropping. Schedule will be like a calendar where the time of the courses that were selected will be displayed out on the calendar view. The allocated time slot of the course should be saved so that when the course is selected for scheduling the next time, the allocated time slot of the scheduled course will be displayed
