create a basic inventory system

I need a basic hardware inventory stock check application to be created in vb.net with Access as a database. I am open to technology (no opensource) but database has to be access. So there are numerous items in stock like pc, keyboard, mouse, dongles and when ever a devise is issued to someone, the details will be updated and stock will decrease by 1. We can again add stocks "Out" when their is a new consignment. It will be a small 2 page application along with access control. Here are briefs: a. User logs in as per access control in access database b. Check Screenshot1 for Page 1 design. c. Admin link will be accessible with extra flag in access database with say Admin flag as Yes or No. d. Admin can: a.. Create inventory report of any item b.. Add/delete/modify users c.. Create new items like keyboard, pc, etc I have put every small detail as possible but happy to discuss. I don't think it will take more than a day for someone who works on dot net and databases. Deadline: Max 2 days. At the end of the project, you will deliver me working app as per my instruction, the source code with database structure and table details and a detail document how I can run on my machine. It is an internal application and I want it to run from my machines and users in LAN to be able to access it. Create a document for this and explain me at the end of the project.
