Hello, Please clarify this point. -Allow to self-add-on new field without having to edit/change/Alter the database. Also will the entire form be dynamic along with the contents ? I have extensive experience using .NET to build web forms, and have also implemented a similar system, with user-defined fields, and reporting interfaces. Have you given any thought to the admin functionality? It seems that you will at least need a user admin page, and a user-field admin page.
