I have three flash files that are animated ads for the Google Display Network. The files were created in ActionScript 3.0. In order for Google to convert the flash (SWF) files into HTML5 format, the files require a ClickTag (done in ActionScript 3.0) and then they need to be saved/exported in ActionScript 2.0. The ads are already created so no design needs to be done. I would like to release the first milestone payment after I test to see if Google will accept one of the ads. Once Google accepts the new files, the last two can be delivered and full payment will be made. I will provide SWF files and destination URL once the project and bid are accepted. This project should be fairly easy and not require more than an hour of work.
