This project currently consists of a force-directed graph in d3.js ([url removed, login to view]) built on top of [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view]). Experience in both is required.
This website is a work in progress and much of it has been implemented already. Tasks to be completed include:
1) Filter nodes based on distance from a specific node.
2) Cluster nodes
3) Recovering and backing up mongodb after it has been deployed with "meteor deploy".
4) Annotating the graph visualization
5) Other visualization graphics such as Hierarchical Edge Bundling ([url removed, login to view]).
