design a catalogue

I am looking for a designer to produce a brochure/catalogue for a French wellington boot company that I sell to the UK. There will be 11 pages in all and apart from the first introduction page. All pages will have the same format of three images of each boot which I will provide and a bit of technical information. The company manufacture boots using polyurethane which is a higher spec material than traditional PVC. The catalogue will be aimed at professional buyers from Garden Centres, Outdoor and Country Clothing outlets as well as high end multiple retailers such a John Lewis. We would like to take market share from high profile brands such as Hunter, Le Chameau and Aigle who all manufacture using lower quality PVC but who have high profiles and established relationships. I would like the catalogue to be clear and simple but expensive looking. I would like a quirk that I can use in this catalogue and carry through to other French brands that I work for, I am thinking of a small frog to appear occasionally in the catalogue. Also something that says designed in France, maybe some line drawings or something similar. All of the pages will have the same format so once the first one is designed it will be a simple case of cut and paster. The Front cover is important to me, the company is called BAUDOU and I'm not sure how successful their logo would be on a front cover - have a look for yourself. I would like a cover that says Designed and Made in France, class and style.
