Hello,
I have a website selling services. When someone deposits money on my website using paypal the payment is instant. I mean as soon as they deposit the money they can start using our service. Now I want to change that. I would like to confirm the payment before they can use the service. Also if its possible I would like to have that only on new buyers. I mean only for new buyers to have to confirm the payment before they use my service. Please contact me if you can help.
