We need a graphic designer experienced in designing direct mail postcards and advertisements to redesign a postcard for real estate training program. We are really unhappy with our current postcard and would really love for an experienced graphic designer who also has extensive knowledge of advertising, layout and postcard design to take our postcard to the next level. The more ideas you have the better! These postcards are going to be sent directly to students preparing to take their real estate salesperson exams so we need them to be as eye catching as possible ( so they are not just tossed in the trash). The completed file will need to be ready to print 350 dpi in CMYK color mode, margins set up. We can provide blank templates in any format if needed.. We will also need the the completed psd file, illustrator, indesign or which ever program you us so we can add or postage imprint ***Key Requirements*** -4by6 eye catching postcard -Meets USPS mailing requirements -Advertising knowledge! -Editable psd or illustrator files -Ideas to improve our wording and conversion rate!! We will start responding to proposals Monday!
