Hi We are having a Social Networking website on PHP-Fox CMS. Now we are looking to add a functionality for our users on the portal, which will be as follows. 1. This functionality will allow our members to raise ticket based complain on the portal, which will come for resolution to Admin Level User. 2. The admin user will have a dashboard to see the basic data and statistics in PIE Charts for tickets resolved in a specific amount of time. 3. The admin can accept or reject the complain. If he accepts the complain, it should be solved within SLA. 4. The algorithm calculates if the complaints are resolved in SLAs and allocates starts to Admin level user for resolving issues within time. 5. Customer will have option to share the complain on their WALL of portal. Please quote your cost for this project and also give if you have any suggestions.
