Dear freelancer/designer, We recently shifted into a new office space and would like to have the office done up (renovated) in the following weeks. The office venue is a commercial 2 storey building (see floor plans). We have arrangements to convert the entire space into 2 different business running concurrently. There are 3 areas to look at: (please see floor plans) 1. Office 1 (Interior design operations) 2. Office 2 (Industrial training operations) 3. Office Room (Industrial training classrooms) I will briefly describe what is needed to be done section by section. Office 1 This office space will be used as a Interior design office space. It should be a showroom styled office space with a "living room" themed. Office 2 Do not need any designs - Take note we will be looking to build a partition to separate Office 1 and Office 2. Office Room This will be converted into 2 classrooms for industrial workers. Partitioned. I have attached images of the space for your references. Thank you and good luck!

looking at the file and photos you provide i got some ruff idea for the office. the first office taking a soft pale color of your chosing with simple and modern thame ambience, for the secon office much darker color but not to dark so its still have a working ambiance, now for the 3rd office what im getting is that the partition is devided into 2 floor one for each classrooms considering the high celing. the interior its gonna be study embiace like bright lights and color tone simple room figure to enhance student focus more on the subject
