Design for Ads

I need an designer to create an image in multiple sizes (for different media sites) based off of our existing images and information. I am providing our current logo image, current name image and illustration that we'd like to use for the ad. Our color scheme is: white, black and the colors as shown in the illustration file I purchased for use (hand making peace sign with stars). I'd like the design in the following sizes: 1) 610x330 2) 295x245 3) 300x250 4) Image for Header: 960x504 5) Background Image: 1600x1400 (can be something that is different than the main image) 6) Define primary hex# Thanks!
