Design book cover (InDesign) suitable for use with Amazon Createspace

Hello!

I need a book cover designing (front cover, spine and back cover). The book is arts/crafts (in terms of style). I'd like it in InDesign format.

The finished article *must* be according to the Createspace guidelines ([url removed, login to view]).

If you understand the above and are a good designer, please bid! Links to some sample designs of similar projects will be gratefully received!

I have some imagery prepared for use as well as the text etc. for the back.
