Design a Virtual Background for a video

We are looking for the design and placement of two designs to be placed on a virtual background for videos:

1 - The words (no logo, just the words) - Strategic Investor Radio; and

2 - The logo of the vehicle that is attached - OC Talk Radio

The crude white board drawing attached shows the placement of each - The $$$ shows the placement of Strategic Investor Radio on the left and the vehicle shows the placement of the logo for OC Talk Radio.

As is shown in the white board drawing, below these two graphics will be two windows where two video head shots will be shown, with the names in blocks below. So, the two graphics (Strategic Investor Radio and the OC Talk Radio logo) need to be at the top. We realize that this project will require several revisions.

The size needs to be 1080 by 1920.
