Design a Training Brochure and Calendar

We are a company specialized in HR training. We need to create an attractive layout to our training brochures, along with the Company Profile and Training Calendar.
We have the docs in simple word, we need creativity with the page layout, whether some of them are going to be divided into columns, or visual used, or different Titles styles and fonts, or shapes used.
So in total we are talking 1 design for Calendar, 1 design for Company Profile, and 1 design for 3 training programs (however the design would slightly differ from one program to the other, like one with trainer's photo, one with longer course outline than the other, etc..)
We need this done as soon as right away, REALLY!
