Design a Template for an online Magazine using Adobe InDesign

I require someone to create an InDesign Template for a magazine based on a currently published (printed) magazine. The magazine, when published is designed to be read on a tablet, preferably landscape.
Also required is a mock up of the magazine based on that template that includes:
1. Front cover (that slides in from one side)
2. Table of Contents
3. Calendar that can have events added
4. A video that can be played
5. some text that has a live URL link
any suggestions on other features that would improve the look / feel of the magazine when viewed online.
