Design a Template in Powerpoint

We are a new home builder. We have many plans of different types of homes. We would like to create a template for New Select Homes like the one attached created by RPM real estate group. We would then take the template and add a specific house plan to it before sending it out to clients (we've attached one of these with our plan added to the RPM template). We would like it to have a similar 'feel' to the design in the issuu booklet (link below), particularly the pages showing the design of the different houses (eg. Armstrong 16).
