Design a Mobile Version of an EXISTING 25 page Desktop website

Convert a 25 page XHTML1.0 Strict Website to a mobile ready website using "Responsive Web Design". (RWD) PLEASE DON'T BID UNLESS YOU HAVE A PORTFOLIO THAT INCLUDES MOBILE FRIENDLY WEBSITES THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED. The completed project must meet the following standards: -Completed website will be HTML5 compliant. -Mobile version will have ability to zoom -Mobile version must show individual class locations and class dates allowing customers to press a paypal "buy now" button as our current desktop version does now. -Mobile version will have ability to switch to Desktop view -There will be a general clean up of the current code. -Pages must load properly across multiple mobile devices including, iphone, ipad and android devices -Pages must load and show properly with chrome, IE, Safari and Firefox browsers -All webpages must validate on the W3C validator with 0 errors -Must pass the Google Developers "Mobile-Friendly Test" -Website to be modified to make proper use of H1 H2 H3 tags. -Must pass the Google Developers "PageSpeed Insights" test with a "green checkmark", issues marked "Should Fix" will be fixed and a score of 90 or greater for both mobile and desktop -Must be designed following Google's "Webmaster Guidelines" -Must be designed with best SEO white hat practices at all times. -Current design allows easy class time/date modifications by the owner using Dreamweaver software. Modified design needs to be changed the same way or designer will be responsible for training me to make class changes in any new way.
