Design a Logo for a mobile game

The game is called "Prism Break". I have the idea of it and the style so i hope that you will understand what i need. I have an old version of it that i made (attached in this group) also i want it animated. At this point i have no idea how much will it cost, maybe im asking for a lot of work for so little money yet i dont know much to spend, so please inform me.
As for the style, i uploaded another picture showing the Prism (thats the app logo) which i want it the same for the fonts, its like some sort of "glass". However, for the animation, a beam of light goes from the left and passes through the word "Prism BreA" (A as the prism shown in the app logo), each time the beam passes through a letter, the letter glows and when it reach the letter "A" (the prism) it breaks and thus it forms the letter "K".
As i said i have no idea if the price im asking is reasonable. If, its too much work for my budget then i can do it without the animation.
