Design Icons (Technology Assessement Gaugues)

Hi,
We are looking for four or five "dashboard" gauges that we will use to roughly assess the current state of various technologies. This will have a faded colouring along the lines of a rainbow (red: not ready), (green, ready) as showing in attached figure. We want fading between colours so it isn't exactly .
See attached .pdf showing the four gauges as drawn by hand.
Would like these back to us in a few hours is possible.
Process: Send us a first draft. We will review, edit and comment. Then finalize it.
- Is best if we can alter the finals ourselves aftwards...not sure if this is possible.
- Will go into MS Word and PowerPoint
