Design a Brochure

We're a social media moderation company that would like a killer brochure that can be used in our sales and marketing. The brochure would need to include the following: 1) The problem we solve (the risks) 2) The solution (how it works) 3) The company (who we are) 4) Quotes and call to action The brochure should be a maximum of 4 pages and give a very professional, global, technology driven, modern and corporate feeling. The brochure will be distributed to marketing and social media managers so it should appeal to people working in the fields of marketing and design. It should look fresh and non-cluttered and it should get our message through clearly. We would like to discuss with the freelancer we choose through Skype to both get help when it comes to 1) how we should display ourselves and how we should tell our story in the most comprehensive manner and discuss how do we highlight enough the problem we solve and how do we present ourselves. 2) the visual design and feel that we want for our brand
