Design a Brochure

I am a financial adviser wanting to create a simple one page colorful and visual info graphic of the recommendations I provide. The Info Graphic should include the following: CASH FLOW MANAGMENT - Diagram showing flow of income from employer and/or an investment to a 1 central account. From the central account need arrows showing funds flowing from central account to 4 separate buckets. The 4 buckets include Lifestyle Bucket, Investment Bucket, Debt Bucket, Retirement Bucket - Brief explanation explaining benfit. DEBT REDUCTION - An X & Y Axis Graph showing the time they would take to pay debt without advice overlaid with a graph showing the decrease in time of paying off debt due to advice. - Brief explanation of the interest and time reduce to pay off debt FINANCIAL PROTECTION - Ballons or something like that showing potential risks that will be transferred to a third party - The ballons to include, Debt, Living, Recovery, Final Expenses and Other - Each Balloon will have the amount and the specific items to be transferred i.e. $600k Home Loan, Credit Card etc - Brief explanation of annual premium cost and total amount of risk to be transferred. TAX MINIMISATION - Not really sure how to do this - Should include the amount of tax the client is paying. The client will then forego some of his total gross either as a salary sacrifice amount to his/her retirement fund or incur certain investment expenses which will result in reduction in tax. - Brief explanation of the amount of income that has been foregone, amount of tax savings and the increase in wealth due to the strategy. STRATEGIC INVESTMENT ADVICE - Not sure how to do this - We invest clients funds in 3 buckets - An Income Bucket, Safety Bucket and Growth Bucket - Each Bucket consists of a different asset being Cash, Bonds and Shares/Property - Then within those assets it is broken up in further within the bucket where there are specific investments representing asset. - I think should compare how they are currently invested as compared with our recommendation. - Brief explanation should explain the benefits of our investment model over their current i.e. reduce risk of loss, increase in value RETIREMENT PLANNING - An X & Y Axis Graph showing the time they would take to save for retirement including the amount saved without advice overlaid with a graph showing the decrease in time it will take to retire and the amount saved for retirement due to advice. = Brief explanation of the time decrease to retire, the increase in retirement savings and the increase of retirement monthly income due to our advice SUMMARY The info graphic should be very simple and easy to understand as possible I would like it to be a template to enable me to make basic changes to numbers etc For the freelancer that provides a fantastic completed job I further projects which need revising.
