Design a Banner

I need banner ads created. The ads are for a religious nonprofit with an intellectual, liberal outlook. I need someone who can succinctly convey their message in a startling, striking way. They have a logo, which, along with the ad text, must be incorporated into the design. You can use the colors and style of the website as inspiration, but you are not bound to that. To be considered, please submit some examples of your work (via attachment, link to online portfolio) that reveal your ability to convey abstract concepts (ie, this organization is *not* about children, or water, or poverty, but ideas.). A few notes: - I am looking for ads which conveys "the big picture" of this organization. - I need 2-3 different design concepts. - These design concepts will be made into sets of digital banners and also a print ad, but I will post this as a separate job. - Final product must be submitted as layered photoshop (.psd) files, and may be changed or resized.
