Design an App Mockup, Wire Diagrams, Technical Flow charts and Identify Required Databases

“We are excited about a project that we are working on and in order for us to achieve our vision, we are looking for a “Highly Creative” and “Experienced” team of developers who can design a complete storyboard for our android application which will be used by employees of a company. We have a detailed “Functionality Framework” and a “Gamification Model” which we will share. Using our material the developers will have to develop an independent framework and design model for the application. Our shared instructions are for reference only and developers can use their creative skills to suggest any value addition that they think will further “Simplify” our application. The application in essence is an employee engagement platform for an Industrial Organization with interests in engineering services, power & energy and chemicals. Design elements should be in line with industrial/mechanical/ themes. We do not want development of the application at this stage, but to finalize the design and technical framework. This will include: • Wire Diagrams and Technical Flow charts (complete technical requirements) • User Interface and Mock-up (unique, simple, engaging design) • Outlining detailed technical requirements • Identifying all required databases and connections. Also since it’s a company application we would need clarity on how will the application be connected to company’s SAP or Oracles Databases so that the employee data in the application can be updated in real-time In addition to these the developers would also need to provide answers to the following questions: • We need an app that has the capacity to be modified and expanded in terms of functionality so we would like you to address how would the Updates to system functionality be designed to allow this to happen in the long run • We are looking for a plug and play solution with minimum dependency on human admin to manage the application backend. We understand that there are a few database connections required for the application to work with the company SAP/Oracle employee database, so the designer needs to suggest the technical specifications for this also. • Administrative Rights for individuals who will manage the application ( these would initially be with us, but we would want to evaluate if we can empower certain users to do these as well) • Also designs for admin control panel along with its functionality framework is required. • Time required to develop and deliver the application once the mock ups are done. • We would like you to propose different option of hosting the app, we prefer cloud based solutions and would like your advice on this. • The application will have a lot of videos embedded in them, if we host these through cloud then how would we ensure smooth streaming in slow internet
