Create a soccer bet website for free betting (no gambling)

Hi I need someone who is able to create a full working website based on soccer results The idea is similar to huge betting companies such as betandwin but I don’t want commercial bets. The idea is that friends can place bets on certain games such as soccer. The betting should either be in closed or open betting rooms. For each correct placed bet the player should get credits (no cash involvement at all). It’s a game which is combined with live results from soccer games The starting pages should be clear and simple and should invite ones to play with friends The user should be able to sign up for a free membership Once the member has signed up he should be able to search for soccer bet rooms or should be able to create a new soccer bet room New soccer bet room: - Select the league - Select the Name of bet room Administration of soccer bet room should include mimimum: - Visibility option (for others to join) or to send invitation links to friends via social media or mail - Bet mode option - Rules option - Further administration option such as deleting and editig Premium Membership: - Further explanation will come soon. Basically it will be an ad-free version of website and more option for the admin to make the game more interesting Standard Account information - Players profile - Email - Password - News and push updates - Time and language - Login information - Delete account - Logout Standard Membership (once you have signed up for a betting room) - Upcoming bet information - Overview of all players from the same room - Charts and several statistics - Internal chats and messaging The website should also have all standard buttons and features like every other page (contracts, company, service, ticket system) All information are roughly explained. Whats is the delay in updates for the sport results. Unfortunatelly I have to ignore all bids which doesn’t answer the API question. I am also willing to pay extra for API’s
