Create to do site. Like Evernote, Wunderlist. With basic features.

Hi. I am starting a new project. It is about a to do site, where users can create account/sign in. In the future, we need to add more features. I would like a signin/create account site looking like the attached image: Unavngivet. When the account is created, i would like the user to be directed to a page looking like: Unavngivet 2. We dont need any backend for now. Only signin screen and opening screen, when site is opened. No other features. I wont accept no copy paste code, i need it done in a new fine code.
