Clean up the initial animation/transition on my website.

Visit [url removed, login to view] and look what happens.. The GIF annimation is too large, and it needs to load, hold, then slide over to the left to display the menus..
Right now the Gif plays, disappears, time passes, new logo slides in .
Logo needs to load once and slide, not twice.
If you know what I'm after, and think you can do this, I got $20 on it.
