Changes to a Wordpress website

I have created a Wordpress website and I need to make some changes. My coding knowledge is very limited and it took me a while to realize I cannot do these changes on my own!
Here is my website (still a work in progess) [login to view URL]
Changes I need done:
- Move the menu to the top right
- Put my logo in top left with additional words that follow it
- Add a picture slideshow to the banner OR add a collage of photos I have made. I cannot seem to get the collage to line up correctly in the banner area.
- In the services section, when your mouse goes over one of the services, I want that specific service to change background and font colors when your mouse hovers over it and then when you mouse leaves it goes back to normal. An example of what I am talking about it at the bottom of this page [login to view URL] (although not those colors, but I want it to work that way).
- Figure out how to put a "work in progress" page up on the website while I can still work on it
- Help me set up @[login to view URL] email (no idea how to do this)
- When your cursor goes over one of the client pictures, I would like to add an effect to it
