Change template module positions and style

We got existing joomla virtuemart website and want some changes done to the module positions. Now is very chaotic, and my client not understand what positions is where. So we need also screen shot when done, and show up in templates where all positions is marked, like if you buy a template. Also need some small changes done on the index page , and make the site more attractive, no scroll on index site, and attractive footer text with company info Now is really messy with different positions which is unusable, because if we add something it show up behind logo for example. We got idea how we want it, so i can create screenshot, and make a mock shot and add some blocks in photoshop with explanation this is very easy job, and for good designer and somebody who know joomla . virtuemart very well, at least 3 hours work the most
