Card game design/ illustration

Need an artist to draw up 37 different illustrations for cards, and 1 theme card back. Price is negotiate with level of experience and past works. Looking for classic and realistic art based on Medieval theme. Must be in color. Examples of source illustrations: 1)Medieval Knights on horses leading a charge 2) A castle on a hill 3) Barley Field 4) Peasants working at a dairy farm Hopefully you get the idea. I can provide examples of the general idea we are going for. Further experience with Adobe Photoshop CS Adobe Illustrator CS Adobe InDesign CS is a huge plus as we may ask you for further work (more pay) on a future product. Please be willing to provide images in multiple formats and sizes. Also you must be able and willing to make corrections on each illustration before we accept the image as complete (just be reasonable as we are as well). Images cannot have a white border, as this will not look good once framed within a card. Accepted bid with be provided with 37 example images, each example image is in regards to the theme/subject we are requesting so you have some kind of source material to reference. (therefore your not just guessing what we want) We are happy to work out milestones to pay in different ways. Such as: 1) Per completed, accepted and delivered image (38 payments in total) take total bid divide by 38 to know the payment amount. 2) As per an agreed arrangement such as in 10% chunks, or something such as 1/4 payments (25%, 50%, 75%, final payment).
