Car wash locator app

I need a simple app that will allow me to input car wash locations. The app should also allow an option to use your current gps location for directions to the location you choose. I would also like to have banner space that I can rent out to car wash owners. The app should allow me to input specs for each car wash location such as automation, hand wash, detailing, vacuum cleaners and option to add price ranges in the for of $-$$$. I can input car wash locations and services they provide. The app is similar to a grocery store locator app. I have 2 more projects that I can pay more for once this app, is complete. This can even be a mobile optimized site instead of an app so that all mobile platforms can use it.
