Building sketch to show placement of new exterior signage for hair salon

Will take a photo of an existing building and create a rendering that looks more like a architectural sketch. The purpose is to show how a sign will look on the building. This sketch is required to be submitted to the local building code department so that the sign can be attached to the building for a new business which recently occupied the space. I have a photo of the building and photo of the sign. We need to submit three views, so this project will involve creating two of them. Here's a short description of what is needed on each of the two views. Mockup #1 - Show building with arrow pointing to where sign will be located and showing sign mocked up in place. Mockup #2 - Image showing building and with sign and 14ft clearance from sidewalk with person standing under it. Sign will be placed above the windows next to the street address. It will need to be placed to show the bottom of the sign as 14' ft above the sidewalk. I am attaching a photo of the sign. I am also attaching a couple photos of the building. I do not have measurements of the building. I can get a larger photo of the building if needed. But hope maybe this will be enough to go on to create the sketch artwork.
