The design needs to consider the target audience which is high end customers mainly from the financial sector or business executives from big corporations.
I will need help with SEO and driving traffic to the website.
Moreover I also require basic design works to be done like designing of logo and communication materials (brochures, flyers).
Freelancer in Dubai would be preferred but international candidates would be considered. Ideal would be if similar job was done before. Project rate or hour rate can be discussed.
