Build a Q&A website, similar like TaxConnections.com but not all features

If you have any query understanding the features, I can explain that. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm looking for someone who can develop a site which is a site of a Q&A forum where consumers sign up, ask questions of professionals based on a topic area, from there, professionals have the opportunity to reply to the question. future visitors to the site can review q&a of that topic area, recent q&a activity, etc. Consumers can also view professionals' credentials, contact information. I wanted to have a private q&a forum exclusive to professionals only where they can post technical questions, help each other with tax problems or situations that all professionals spend time trying to figure out. I called this a Peer-to-Peer Forum. I don't know if this is feasible, I felt it was a good marketing perk for the professional as I wanted to offer some benefits as they pay a membership fee. I feel the future for professionals for providing billable advice and services will be via internet connection and less and less business will be derived through conventional "consumers driving to a local accountant's office". A major site feature is the ability to have the consumer be able to request a video chat or phone call conference session with a professional to help with the bigger questions that q&a cant resolve or if the consumer is confused and doesn't know what to do. Consumers would click a button to buy a session. That session would be a fixed fee based on 1/4, 1/2 or 1 hour increments at a predetermined rates set by admin, further, consumers would enter their credit card information, the professional has the option to accept or decline the engagement, if the professional "accepts it" the consumer's credit card is directly charged by the professionals credit card on account. For liability purposes, We cannot be privy to that credit card transaction. By accepting the session, the consumer and professional are both entering into a binding contract with each other of which we are not involved and there would be "disclaimers and a check box before you submit, warnings" as necessary. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- See TaxConnections.com.
