Build an online configurator for personalized calendars and notebooks

I need someone to make me a web application for making templates for print, where end users would go to the configurator link on my webpage, and ''design'' their own calendar, choosing from many main themes and then inserting their own photos. The uploaded files and photos must be of XY+ resolution to be able to upload, so the customer cant blame bad resolution on the end product on the provider. Also i need a configurator for personalized notebooks, where there are 4-5 blocks of text, a to-do bar, an overwiev and habit window, a window for notes and a window for projects. The window for habits and projects must be made so that the customer can enter in their own projects and habits they would like to track. Also while the to-do window should always remain the same as well as the habits one (with the exception of adding your own habits), the other 2 windows whould be customizable by size, where some have less projects and need to write more stuff they should be able to click on the edge of one window and pull it up or down to gieve them more space for that. This will be made for A4 and A5 sized notebooks. On A4 we need all on the same A4, whilest on A5 each day is on 2 seperate pages (left and right). The price is negotionable, also there will be some more work in optimizing this throu the use, when there is demand.
