Build a national lottery script

I need a script to create a national lottery numbers. [url removed, login to view]

I would like the script to do following things

1. Select numbers from database

1. I would like to import previous euromillions numbers into a database through CSV file. Do not import previous numbers with same date. see attached document

2. Create ramdom numbers

1. Array to ignore number, can be zero

a. E.g. 2, 10, 45

2. Create unlimited lines – need to have attribute

3. Unique numbers in each line

e.g.

Line 1. 5 numbers = 5,25,29,48,50 2 numbers = 5, 8

Line 2. 5 numbers = 11,19,28,36,48, 2 numbers = 4, 11

So on

4. Able to select 5 number $start1=1, $end1=50 and 2 numbers $start2=1, $end2=11

e.g. 5 numbers = 5,15,19,25,48 2 numbers = 5, 8

6 number need to be unique and 2 numbers needs to be unique but 6 and 2 number can match each other

5. Able to tell how many number to ignore in each line

e.g. if 4 numbers unique

CORRECT

1, 2, 3, 14,19,20 = 5,6

5,6, 7, 8,14,25 = 5,7

Because line 1 and 2 has 4 number which are unique this would be correct as I only told it to make sure any 4 numbers don’t match other lines

INCORRECT

4,8,15,19,20 = 5,6

4,8,15,19,22 = 3,7

Because line 1 and 2 has more than 4 number exactly same

Only 4 numbers can match previous lines or next lines

6. if script unable to create the lines it should stop not created duplicate lines e.g. if I say I need number between 1-10 but I like 10 lines but only 1 line is possible. It should just create one line and stop.

More for example.

I be selecting 5 numbers from 1-9 and two numbers from 1-3

I won’t 100 lines

1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 2, 3

because thy is only one combination which can be possible it will create one script should stop after one because you can’t create 2nd line

I should be able to change these values as I required as you can see from my script.

2nd example

I won’t 5 numbers from 1 to 20 and 2 numbers from 1 -11

I like to ignore 3, 7, and 18

I won’t to create 8 lines

I won’t 3 number unique in each line

So the script will run and create

1, 4, 8, 11, 15 and 5. 10

2, 4, 9, 14, 17 and 6, 11

1, 20, 5, 13, 16 and 8, 10

And so on
