Build a Wordpress Theme / Website

First of all I need this website designed so I can use it for selling any other items in the future on different domains with a simple backup and restore and then just changing wording and settings in the admin panel. This specific one would be to allow the public to sell any dresses online. Effectively the site should be the same as [login to view URL] but with our own personal touch. We will be selling all types of dresses and not only wedding dresses. As stated above I would like to use the same theme/template to start a site to sell bicycles, furniture etc. online with the exact same concept. This site should be mobile friendly as well and my initial design should be converted to wordpress template and should be a nice clean design like the site above Desired design: Wordpress would be preferred, but normal php, jquery etc. will also be considered. Requirements The site should be very user friendly with a clean design. And should also have exceptional search capability and security with very fast loading times. SEO should also be built in and robust to ensure maximum exposure. Site should be done in wordpress using mysql db. Website security would be a big factor, users will need to activate emails before logging in and passwords must be encrypted in the database. Proper sanitisation must be done on all sql queries and the normal Google reCAPTCHA should be implemented on all forms using our site and secret key (We should be able to insert our keys in the control panel) The home page should only load dresses in a specific category as described below which will be viewed as a premium listing. Dress search pages should be responsive and update as users click on a filter using jquery or similar without the need to reload the page.
