Build a Website like [login to view URL] -- 2

Hi i want a full website like [login to view URL] and also the mobile version that goes with it [login to view URL] which is from [login to view URL] ... i only want bids from people who have seen/looked at the links and know exactly what i want, i do not want people just to bid a number then have no idea what i want them to do only for them to say it will cost more etc.......

basically I want a adult dating/friends website, where single people and also married people/couples can join and use the website, I don't need chat rooms as I want my members to use the mail facility on the website to chat, members must also be able to attach photos to a mail and send them to each other, It will also need several verification modes where members can get verified as real etc and it will show on their profile that they are verified, also I want a virtual coin system in place where members can buy/top up coins to upgrade their services ( add more pictures, send more messages, view more members, see who has viewed / liked them etc) and also want a like facility where they can flick through a photo of other members and choose if they "like" or "not" and if both people have clicked like then it shows up as "matched" basically I want pretty much all the mods that badoo has. oh and I only want the site ready for people in the UK .

I am so sick of people on here just bidding then messing me around and wasting my time, so when you bid for this job the amount you bid will be the amount I will pay for you to do the full job and when you bid i want to know how long it will take, please dont ask my timescale or budget, just tell me how much and how long, and i require examples of work that you have done befor i decide to pick you, and because of idiots I will only pay for the work once the job has been fully completed so do not ask for payments until the job is done.
