We are starting a new service website for our area where we already have our business running.
So we need a website for service website where users visit and book a service. Our servicemen receive the booking details, fo to the user and delivery the service.
Detailed information.
User should be able to fill in the form and book the service online.
When user will book the service and select his address location while filling up the form, and auto SMS goes to our servicemen available in that specific area.
upon receiving a SMS on mobile, our servicemen call and visit the customer to deliver the service. They complete the work and hand over the job sheet.
User should be able to pay online using payment gateway we have.
Upon submitting the order, the SMS should go to all available servicemen in that area, so whoever is close and free can pick up that order.
User should be able to login, signup for the website services.
Should be able to see his account details and service history in My account area.
All basic things like, login, singup, forgot password, reset password, welcome mail, booking mail, payment notification, completiong notification mails.
SMS integration is important.
User should be able to leave feedback, queries, complaints via contact us form.
Need to have this website ready within a week.
